Due to increased crime on properties left vacant for prolonged periods we now offer the following service:
Supply
and
install a state of the art wireless free intruder alarm system
which includes 3 PIR detectors; 1 door contact;1 internal siren, 1
external sounder with
strobe light; 1 user friendly keypad & 2 easy on/off key fobs,
with emergency panick button facility. 1 X smoke detector which will
function & activate the alarm, even if the alarm system is not
turned on.
Many additional features can be easily added on request.

Extremely
user
friendly system which can be programmed to dial up to 6 different
telephone numbers. If no answer is obtained the system will continue
to dial consecutive numbers until it receives the correct response. It
will also text the alarm message & will advise if the alarm is due
to a fire or intruder. It is even possible to listen in on the house
when an alarm is activated.
To
supply & install the system including wiring into a telephone line
(assuming autodialer is positioned within 5m of a phone point) price =

If a phone line is not available at the property or additional safety is required, a mobile
phone chip system can be used for an additional €58
Maintenance & Call Out Service including:
4 visits per year to check operation of all equipment & batteries
Each visit to include inspection of property to confirm security of doors and windows.
Any problems or equipment failure to be remedied and reported to client as soon as possible.
Details of work carried out & site visit to be kept in on-site diary.
To programme autodialer & attend any alarm activation.
Alarm activations will be acted upon immediately and response times will vary depending on location of property.

Maintenance and visits can be adjusted in frequency & tailored to suit clients specific needs.
Emergency alarm activations are charged at €75 and includes 1st hour on site.
SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE
Weekly Schedule Includes:
* Remove pool cover
* Machine clean pool floor and walls and net out debris
* Empty skimmer and pump baskets
* Backwash and rinse filters
* Chemically test, treat and balance swimming pool water
* Check all pool equipment and advise on replacements if
necessary
* Hand clean dirt and oil residue from water line
* Record details of visit in the on-site diary
* Refit swimming pool cover
* From €75 per visit including chemicals
Winterize Pool & Close at End of Season
We assume the pool is clean
Schedule includes:
* Lower water to below skimmer level
* Drain external pipework
* Disconnect pump and heater
* Chemically test, treat and balance swimming pool water
* Check pool equipment and advise on replacement if
necessary
* Fit swimming pool winter debris cover
* Prices from €265
NB: If netting, vacuuming and cleaning is required
this will be charged at an additional cost
of €15 per half hour
Open & Prepare Pool for Summer Season
Schedule includes:
* Remove pool cover
* Reconnect pump and heater
* Chemically test, treat and balance swimming pool water
* Leave pool filtering

NB: If netting, vacuuming and cleaning is required
this will be charged at an additional cost
of €15 per half hour.

building work is carried out to current regulations and executed in a
clean, efficient and reliable way. For all works, from painting a door
to a double story extension, please ask for a quotation.
CHANGE OVERS & ALL GUEST SERVICES
Change over & guest services include:
cleaning, laundry, pre-arrival service, welcome packs, out of season inspections.

collection, property checks, airport collection & returns, meet
& greet guests and guest liaison. Average prices are €15 per
hour.

Electrical Work
All
electrical installation work carried out - from an extra socket to a
full house rewire; external lighting including security flood lights;
additional TV or telephone points; fault finding and repairs. Extra

Gardening
Grass cutting; weeding; pruning; tree felling; fencing; irrigation; drainage.
€20 per hour (minimum charge inc travel = 4 hours)
Plumbing
Complete installations, new bathrooms, central heating, heaters - solid fuel & gas, Kitchen appliances, drainage.
Satellite TV & English Sky Installation
We
can supply and install English Sky satellite system complete with dish
& decoder. This system will enable reception of approx 175 "free
to air" English channels. Many of these channels might be considered low interest channels.

Total price for the above = € 395
The above system will NOT allow reception of Skys premium channels or channels which are broadcast on Skys Astra 2D.
For reception of Skys Astra 2D channels a dish of around 3m is necessary. We do not install dishes this large.
However,
for reception of Skys premium channels on the north and south beam
(which is the vast majority of sky channels) a Sky decoder is needed
and a Sky subscription. Sky does not authorise use of its viewing
cards outside the UK therefore, the card needs to be registered to a UK
address.
